New Directions Education are seeking Welsh speaking experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring Learning Support Assistants, for full and part-time positions, across the Vale of Glamorgan.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, friendly and dedicated to helping pupils gain a high standard of education while developing strong relationships.
Experience of working with children aged 11 and above is essential.
As we are recruiting for a Welsh-medium provision, not a mainstream school environment, experience in supporting additional learning needs / high tariff behaviour is also essential.

Have good literacy and numeracy skills
