New Directions are currently recruiting for lunchtime supervisors to work across our large pool of primary schools within the Vale of Glamorgan local authority. We are seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our school team. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas during lunch breaks
Promote good behaviour and ensure school policies are followed
Always monitor pupils’ safety and wellbeing
Manage minor incidents and report any concerns to senior staff
Encourage inclusive play and positive social interaction
Ensure dining and play areas are kept clean and tidy
Support pupils with additional needs where required
