New Directions (Education) Ltd – ‘Recommend a Candidate’ Offer 2019

This sets out the terms and conditions of New Directions (Education) Ltd.’s (NDEL) ‘Recommend a Friend’ Offer 2019 (‘The Offer’). These Terms apply exclusively in relation to this offer and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of either NDEL or the NDEL Worker to the obligations in NDEL’s Worker Contract which remain in force both during and post the expiry of these terms, unless ended through the mechanisms set out in the Workers contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and NDEL’s Worker Contract, the Worker Contract will prevail.

1. The Offer

The Offer, subject to the limitations in these Terms, consists of:

  • 1.1 Upon referral to NDEL of a suitable candidate by the Worker, subject to meeting NDEL registration criteria and a qualifying period, NDEL will make a Referral Payment to the Worker of
    • 1. £100 for a QTS status Teacher
    • 2. £50 for a non QTS Education worker
  • 1.2 The Offer will commence from the stated Offer Commencement Date
  • 1.3 The Offer will end on the stated Offer End Date, unless notice is given earlier under these Terms.

2. Limitations

    • 2.1 This Offer is only available to selected Workers by express invitation by an authorised representative of NDEL. The Offer is only valid subject to specific written confirmation from NDEL to the Worker of the Offer being available at the point of each individual referral and receipt by NDEL of a signed copy of these terms by the Worker prior to the commencement of the Offer.
    • 2.2 The Offer is only available to Workers of NDEL who have utilised the work finding services of NDEL in the 6 months preceding the Offer Commencement Date.
    • 2.3 The Offer expressly excludes any Candidate who has worked via New Directions in the last 2 years preceding the Commencement Date.
    • 2.4 Payment of the Referral Payment is contingent on the Candidate successfully meeting NDEL registration requirements and subsequently completing 20 full days on work assignments with NDEL within 3 months of the Offer Commencement Date. No payments will be due under this offer if this criteria is not met.
    • 2.5 The Referral Payment will be made to the Worker by cheque within 30 days of the referred Candidate successfully meeting the Offer criteria set out in 2.4.

3. Notices

  • 3.1 These Terms may be ended by either NDEL or the Client prior to the Offer end date, with one week’s notice in writing. No further liability shall accrue for either party following the expiry of the notice, save for any Offers already agreed between the parties as set out in 2.1.

New Directions (Education) Ltd – Client ‘Recommend a Friend’ Offer 2019

This sets out the terms and conditions of New Directions (Education) Ltd.’s (NDEL) Client ‘Recommend a Candidate’ Offer 2019/20 (‘The Offer’). These Terms apply exclusively in relation to this offer and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of either NDEL or the Client to the obligations in NDEL’s Standard Terms of Business which remain in force both during and post the expiry of these terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and NDEL’s standard Terms of Business, the standard Terms of Business will prevail.

1. The Offer

  • The Offer, subject to the limitations in these Terms, consists of
  • 1.1 Upon referral to NDEL of a suitable worker by the Client, subject to meeting NDEL registration criteria and a qualifying period, NDEL will make a Referral Payment to the Client of
    • 1. £100 for a QTS status Teacher
    • 2. £50 for a non QTS Education worker
  • 1.2 The Offer will commence from stated Offer Commencement Date
  • 1.3 The Offer will end on the Offer End Date unless notice is given earlier under these Terms.

2. Limitations

  • 2.1 The Offer is only available to selected Clients by express invitation by an authorised representative of NDEL.  The Offer is only valid subject to specific written confirmation from NDEL to the Client of the Offer being available at the point of each individual referral and receipt by NDEL of a signed copy of these terms by a duly authorised representative of the Client prior to the commencement of the Offer.
  • 2.2 The Offer is only available to Clients of NDEL who have utilised the supply services of NDEL in the 6 months preceding the Offer Commencement Date.
  • 2.3 The Offer expressly excludes any Worker currently working directly with the Client or through another organisation within the 3 months preceding the Offer Commencement Date.
  • 2.4 Payment of the Referral Payment is contingent on the Worker successfully meeting NDEL registration requirements and subsequently completing 20 full days on work assignments with NDEL within 3 months of the Offer Commencement Date.
  • 2.5 The Referral Payment will be made to the Client by cheque within 30 days of the referred Worker successfully meeting the Offer criteria. The Referral Payment will only be made out to an official Client Bank Account and will not be paid directly to any named individual employed by the Client. Payment will be forfeited if the Client cannot provide detail of any official Bank Account within 30 days of being notified of successful completion of the Offer criteria.
  • 2.6 The Offer is not contingent on any future business transactions between NDEL and the Client.

3. Notices

  • 3.1 These Terms may be ended by either NDEL or the Client prior to the Offer end date, with one week’s notice in writing. No further liability shall accrue for either party following the expiry of the notice, save for any Offers already agreed between the parties as set out in 2.1.

New Directions (Education) Ltd – ‘NQT’ Offer 2019

1. THE OFFER

The Offer, subject to the limitations in these Terms, consists of:

  • 1.1 Upon referral to NDEL of a suitable candidate by the Worker, subject to meeting NDEL registration criteria and a qualifying period, NDEL will make a Bonus Payment to the Worker of
    1. £100 for a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
  • 1.2 The Offer will commence from: 17th June 2019 (Offer Commencement Date)
  • 1.3 The Offer will end on the 31st December 2019, unless notice is given earlier under these Terms. (Offer End Date)

2. LIMITATIONS

    • 2.1 This Offer is only available to selected Workers by express invitation by an authorised representative of NDEL. The Offer is only valid subject to specific written confirmation from NDEL to the Worker of the Offer being available at the point of each registration and receipt by NDEL of a signed copy of these terms by the Worker prior to the commencement of the Offer.
    • 2.2 The Offer expressly excludes any Candidate who has worked via New Directions in the last 2 years preceding the Commencement Date.
    • 2.3 Payment of the Bonus Payment is contingent on the Candidate successfully meeting NDEL registration requirements and subsequently completing 10 full days on work assignments with NDEL within 3 months of the Offer Commencement Date. No payments will be due under this offer if this criteria is not met.
    • 2.4 The Bonus Payment will be made to the Worker by cheque within 30 days of the referred Candidate successfully meeting the Offer criteria set out in 2.3.

3. NOTICES

  • 3.1 These Terms may be ended by either NDEL or the Client prior to the Offer end date, with one week’s notice in writing. No further liability shall accrue for either party following the expiry of the notice, save for any Offers already agreed between the parties as set out in 2.1.

Media Wales Offer 2019 (Teacher)

This document sets out the terms and conditions of New Directions (Education) Ltd.’s (NDEL) Media Wales (Teacher) Offer 2019 (‘The Offer’). These Terms apply exclusively in relation to this offer and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of either NDEL or the NDEL Worker to the obligations in NDEL’s Worker Contract which remain in force both during and post the expiry of these terms, unless ended through the mechanisms set out in the Workers contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and NDEL’s Worker Contract, the Worker Contract will prevail.

    1. £100 for a qualified teacher
  • 1.2 The Offer will commence from: 1st July 2019 (Offer Commencement Date)
  • 1.3 The Offer will end on the 30th October 2019, unless notice is given earlier under these Terms. (Offer End Date)

Media Wales Offer 2019 (LSA)

This document sets out the terms and conditions of New Directions (Education) Ltd.’s (NDEL) Media Wales (LSA) Offer 2019 (‘The Offer’). These Terms apply exclusively in relation to this offer and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of either NDEL or the NDEL Worker to the obligations in NDEL’s Worker Contract which remain in force both during and post the expiry of these terms, unless ended through the mechanisms set out in the Workers contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and NDEL’s Worker Contract, the Worker Contract will prevail.

    1. £50 for an LSA (Learning Support Assistant)
  • 1.2 The Offer will commence from: 1st August2019 (Offer Commencement Date)
  • 1.3 The Offer will end on the 30th October 2019, unless notice is given earlier under these Terms. (Offer End Date)

2. LIMITATIONS

    • 2.1 This Offer is only available to selected Workers by express invitation by an authorised representative of NDEL.
