We have worked with New Directions for the past five years. We find that they are very easy to contact on the phone, with a good out-of-hours service. They are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They always attempt to cater to our needs even when these can sometimes be quite complicated! Special thanks to Kelly and Nadine who are always there to sort out our mess.

As we are nearing the end of another school year I wanted to say a massive thank you for continuing to provide us with such a great service.

You make my job so much easier by matching and providing continuity of cover to all our classes. This is always appreciated by our teachers as they can build a relationship with their regular cover. Staff are able to leave the bare minimum of instructions and know that the work they have left will be delivered well, and marked properly. From a class teacher’s point of view this is very important.

Again this year we have been lucky and the quality of teachers you have sent us has been very good. When we do have someone new thank you for valuing and acting on our feedback.

Also, the PTA said thank you for the loan of the free inflatable penalty shoot-out for our summer fair last weekend. This is always a favourite with the children (and Dads)!
