Gemma is such a bubbly, happy and lively character who is an absolute joy to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Gemma is so trustworthy of providing the absolute best candidates for us as a school.
She also knows and understands the feedback we also give and hopefully we are able to provide a reliable evaluation of the staff sent to us. On many occasions Gemma has gone the extra mile to help me to find the right candidates for a supply position, when things have happened last minute here and I have needed cover staff. Gemma is so conscientious and will always attend to every detail of situations when cover is needed. Gemma has also built up excellent working relationships with my Deputy and office Staff, through regular school visits to check that everything is ok here for us. Her commitment to her role is exemplary.

I regularly promote New Directions as our preferred supply agency to other head teachers, as the service Gemma provides is of the highest order.

I have been working for New Directions for over 2 years and my Account Manager Gemma has been an approachable and friendly point of contact. I felt I could approach her with any issues that I had. I joined New Directions as a NQT and was very apprehensive. My account manager Chloe soon put my mind at ease. She is very friendly and helpful if I have a problem I don’t hesitate to contact her. Matt is a great account manager. He maintains regular contact with me and is always friendly, polite and chatty on the phone. He keeps me up dated with work and information regularly and tries to solve queries I have as quickly as possible. When I have left messages for Matt both telephone and email he always response very promptly.
