At the end of the academic year 2015, my much loved permanent job came to an end. I was quite nervous when I signed up with New Directions Education and unsure what to expect when I plucked up the courage to do it.
One of the first things that struck me was how friendly and helpful the ALN team were, none more so than my account manager. In the beginning I was always ringing her asking no end of questions; directions to schools, feedback etc. My account manager always has time for me and her continued support is much appreciated . My account manager asks the right questions about which areas I want to work in and the age groups I am confident at covering. All the supply jobs I has been given have been perfect, thank you for everything.

I frequently contact my Account Manager, as I work in various different places. Due to this ongoing communication she knows my preferences where I enjoy working and due to this it makes both our jobs far easier. She works hard to find me suitable work and I work my hard in response for New Directions and my Account Manager.
My highlight has been experiencing different types of work, when leaving a long term placement I worked in various other places and have therefore experienced different aspects of the job title. This helps me to establish where I want to be going forward with New Directions.
I have a good relationship with my Account Manager, but due to this she passes my name to other areas for work, so have visited places in Pontypridd areas to Bridgend areas, helping where I can. Again this opens up new doors and new experiences. There seems to be a new opportunity every day and I’m grateful for this! I would recommend New Directions.

My account manager is the easiest person to talk to. She will take the time to call me rather than just send an email. I know she is only a phone call away if I have any concerns. I appreciate her passing on the positive assessments I receive from the headteacher of my current placement. I am so glad I joined this agency, I am working in my dream job and they have given me so many opportunities to increase my education and skills with the training courses they provide. I would and have recommended them to friends.

My highlight of working with New Directions is that they gave me the opportunity to work with children in different primary schools and I would recommend New Directions.
Working in schools has given me such a huge confidence boost since I started that I feel I can do and help out more.

I was contacted by New Directions 2 years ago as I had submitted my CV to a job website. I’m so grateful that they did, the registration process was so easy and my account manager found me work straight away. I’ve been at the same school ever since in a long term placement. I have recommended New Directions to a lot of my friends who work in Education and we are all happy. Thank you New Directions for an A* service!
My account manager is very very helpful and I know I can contact her with any queries. I have extended my skills whilst working in the role by working with a pupil with Verbal Dyspraxia. This has given me the opportunity to learn Basic Sign Language, adapt it to work with the pupil and help them to communicate. This is a very rewarding job and I cannot thank my account manager enough for finding me the role.

I have worked with New Directions as an Additional Learning Needs Teacher and Education Other Than At School Tutor for almost three years in long term and day to day bookings. I would recommend New Directions for anyone seeking work. One of the highlights for me has been working with a team who are knowledgeable, friendly and great communicators.
I have an excellent relationship with my account manager and her team who have got to know me, my skill set and my work requirements. I am able to discuss my needs and possible placements with honesty, understanding and humour. My account manager keeps in regular contact to ensure current bookings are working well. I am also informed of future positions, thereby allowing me to plan ahead.
