My Account Manager is friendly, approachable and professional. Whenever I contact New Directions via telephone, text or email for any reason it is dealt with promptly. I am contacted regularly with available work and courses. Thank you to my Account Manager and the ALN team at New Directions.

I have enjoyed working for New Directions, they have given me the opportunity to work within a variety of different settings, which I have gained experience from. New Directions have allowed me flexible days of working, which is great, especially when you have a young child.

My Account Manager and Sales Support are in regular contact. They are both very understanding and are always happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble for either of them. My personal highlight working for New Directions has been getting to work in some fantastic schools.  All in all I can’t pinpoint a highlight of my time with New Directions because it has all been so worthwhile and it is definitely experience that will come in handy as I go off to study my PGCE next year. I have enjoyed working for New Directions and having someone like I do as my Account Manager, it is easy to contact him and discuss any queries that I have. There has been constant work in various schools which has been a great experience. Never any second thoughts when ringing my Account Manager to ask him anything and he is very understanding. It is a pleasure to speak him on the phone although I have never met him in person. Whenever attending a new school he would ring at the end of the day to see how it went.

My favourite aspect of working with new Directions is working in various schools and gaining vast experience with different abilities. I also enjoy attending courses to further my knowledge and having an understand of how to deal with certain situations.
