I have been working as a Teaching Assistant for New Directions Education for over 10 years and during this time I have had a few account managers. However since just before the pandemic started Garth has been my only contact, he is an extremely helpful and competent person. I realize that he has been working from home but this has not hindered his ability to find me suitable placements and I have not felt that my health has been put at risk when returning to work within schools. I’m also extremely grateful to Garth for his help to sort out my furlough pay for January  and February this year.
