It is a pleasure to be an employee of New Directions. I have always been offered work according to my needs and my qualifications. My account manager has always been very supportive and  cooperative. The service provided is excellent and all the staff is very flexible. I always feel that my work is valued and I feel  free to discuss any matter that occurs at work. The procedure of registration is very straightforward and they keep their words on all aspects of employment. I am very thankful to the Cardiff branch to keep me working and feel job secured.
