I find that my Account Manager and the New Directions team are very professional, reliable and also very approachable and friendly.

Having worked for New Directions for the past 5 years I always receieve a friendly helpful approach from staff and a professional service. Also the plentiful supply and quality of work Would recommend New Directions? : Yes

It is good to work for an agency which is able to supply work even during traditional slack periods for example the late summer term and as a result I would definitely reccomend New Directions.

We work with a dedicated account manager at New Directions. We find that he has excellent communication, keeps in touch but does not over pester! He is always helpful and has a good understanding of the needs of the school. In addition to this, he is always honest about the company’s ability to meet the school needs.

We have found that the service is always reliable and our Account Manager has forged good relationships with the school. Visits are always productive and innovative schemes like the cash back have proved popular with the Finance Manager!

I have been with New Directions, registered to work as a teaching assistant for last 3 years. My account manager is a friendly person, approachable at any time and has been very helpful and understanding. She has been giving me placements of my preference which enabled me to gain experience and progress on my career. I am currently working on a long term placement for the past year.

As far as I know, New Directions offer a unique online service to update availability to work at any time, submit timesheets and keep track of placements etc.

I have enjoyed my relationship with my Account Manager who is always pleasant first thing in the morning and has a very warm personality. My Account Manager keeps me informed of my all my assignments and tries to get me the schools that I have had pleasant experiences. I would say my highlight of working at New Directions is that I find everyone in the organisation are trained to a very high standard which is rewarding as whenever I ring them, regardless who answers the phone I am treated with the same level of professionalism. I certainly would recommend anyone who wanted to get into education getting in contact with them.

Also I would like to add a well done to your IT department for having the most simplest and efficient Web portal which makes life so much easier as timer is of value to all of us and they have nailed it. Well Done.

I have taken on the cover in Cardiff High School to enable our regular Cover Manager to undertake examination Duties. My Account Manager has provided an excellent support. He has kept in touch with me on a daily basis, to ensure I have adequate staff and his cheerful, can-do attitude has been much appreciated.
