I have worked for New Directions for less than a year but I have worked in a range of schools across key stage 2 and foundation phase. It has given me lots of experience I would not have gained in a permanent role.

My Account Manager is in regular contact and always easy to get hold of. She is very open and chatty and always asks how I am getting on and my feedback from different schools. I would have no problem in being completely open and honest with her. I have really enjoyed working with New Directions and will continue this positive partnership.

I deal with my Account Managers when I need a teacher or Teacher Assistants. They are just wonderful girls!  If unable to get anybody, I always have a phone call from them apologising.

If I haven’t used them for a while, we still get a phone call to see if everything is alright.

My highlight of working with New Directions are working with these wonderful girls, and their lovely telephone manner. If I need a named teacher / teaching assistant they will do their utmost to provide me with that person. New Directions is a well run organisation.

I have worked for New Directions on and off for the past 10 years, each time I have returned my Account Manager has welcomed me back and found me posts which I have enjoyed.

She works very hard and I can always rely on her to find me work within my local area. She looked to find me work in schools which she thought to have suited my personality. She is so friendly and approachable in any situation. She is excellent communicating and always supplies me with the information I need for each job and each school.

New Directions are an excellent agency. If you say you are available for work they will always work their hardest to find the post most suitable to you. All the staff are extremely friendly and approachable.

There are other agencies out there but none as good as New Directions! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I contact my Account Manager by telephone or email when I have supply requirements. If I have no requirements we just “touch base” every couple of months for a chat.

Booking supply is always easy with New Directions.  Booking supply staff, from a school point of view, can be a stressful job.  New Directions make is as easy as it can be! My Account Manager is kind and courteous and the quality of staff they send is excellent. Thank you.

My Account Manager is excellent. Not only is she a delight to speak to but she also genuinely is passionate about ensuring I can get work when I need it at a location that fits around my lifestyle.

My Account Manager has been really helpful in ensuring that any work she has offered me does not impact on my own childcare commitments which was my number one priority when I joined ND. She always checks I am happy before I accept a new job.
