Dwi wedi ffeindio dros y blynyddoedd fod New Directions wedi ffeindio digon o waith i mi. Dwi’n dewis gwneud cyflenwi dyddiol er fy mod wedi gwneud cwpwl o gyfnodau bloc. Mae hyn wedi bod yn ddefnyddiol. Mae’r staff sy’n gweithio i New Directions yn gyfeillgar ac yn barod i helpu pan mae angen. Rwy wedi ffeindio fy mod yn mwynhau yr ysgolion dwi’n mynd iddyn nhw ac yn anaml iawn dwi’n gwneud cais i beidio dychwelyd. Mae’r system y timesheets yn hawdd a mewn ffordd syml ei defnyddio. Ar y cyfan dwi’n hapus yn gweithio i New Directions enwedig gan fy mod ar y system GPS.

Rhiannon – Athrawes Cynradd

Mae fy mhrofiad fel athrawes llanw wedi bod yn un cadarnhaol. Roeddwn yn falch iawn pan ofynnwyd i mi weithio mewn un ysgol yn benodol yn enwedig gan fod dyddiau penodol wedi eu gosodwyd i mi weithio yno. Rwy’n hoffi’r berthynas sydd gen i gyda fy Rheolwr Cyfrif. Yr wyf yn credu ei fod yn gwerthfawrogi’r gwaith yr wyf yn ei wneud ac yn parchu’r blynyddoedd o brofiad sydd gen i mewn addysgu. Mae e dim ond yn cysylltu â mi pan mae angen iddo ac mae bob amser yn barod i esbonio pethau’n glir ac yn ddidwyll. Mae’n hawdd mynd ato heb fod yn rhy gyfarwydd. Rwyf wedi bod yn ffodus iawn i allu gweithio mewn un ysgol ac maent wedi bod yn gefnogol iawn. Credaf yn gryf fod gweithio mewn un neu ddwy ysgol yn rheolaidd  o fudd i bawb dan sylw. Mae’r ysgol yn dangos eu cefnogaeth drwy gynorthwyo fy natblygiad. Mae addysgu fel athrawes cyflenwi yn ffynhonnell dda o incwm.

My experience as a supply teacher has been a positive one.  I was very pleased when I was asked to work at only one school and have set days for working.  I like the relationship I have with my organiser.  I believe that he appreciates the work I do and respects the years of experience I have in teaching.  He only contacts me when he needs to and is always willing to explain things clearly and frankly.  He is very approachable without being familiar. I have been very fortunate in being able to work at one school and they have been very supportive.  I strongly believe that working in one or two schools regularly benefits all concerned.  The supply learns the schools systems, expectations and ways of discipline. The school can demonstrate their support by assisting in the supply’s development of their role. Supply teaching is a good source of income.

There are of course a number of supply agencies available in the area, but in my view none with such a commitment to providing good service, and a willingness to listen to the customer’s needs than New Directions Education.

Our Account Manager at New Directions took the time to listen carefully to what we needed in the way of specific 1-1 support and matched this very well to the skill-sets her candidates had. In the event of their being unavailable, she responded quickly and efficiently providing cover and ringing to check that everything was OK.

In order to support her candidates, and therefore provide the school with excellent service, she has visited the school on a number of occasions and mentored the candidate personally, calling upon her own personal experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

Nothing was too much trouble – even splitting the invoices – and I am delighted to be able to recommend her services wholeheartedly.
