I have worked with New Directions for over a year, whilst also completing my PhD research at Cardiff University. During this time, New Directions have allocated me a number of different positions while still allowing me to be flexible so that I can focus on university work when I need to. In September of last year, Fran contacted me about an ongoing placement at a college and I have worked there steadily for the duration of the college year which has been fantastic. Working for New Directions Education has been a very positive experience.
