At first, I was worried that working for an agency might not provide me with enough work but fortunately  this has not been the case. As one of the team that my Account Manager is coordinator for I would like to say that I have always found her extremely professional and efficient whilst also being very friendly and patient, especially with any whims or problems that cause me to turn down some jobs.

She is also excellent at keeping me informed about any important news such as training days or changes in legislation that I need to know about and goes to the trouble of getting in touch a few times about them which is handy when you forget to follow up on the information.

I have found my Account Manager to be an excellent coordinator who does everything she can to help me do my job to the best of my abilities.
