I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to New Directions for the way they handled my initial application and management of invigilating work this past summer.

Due to family commitments, I haven’t worked for an employer for 19 years, so was apprehensive about returning to work.

New Directions made the whole process simple, straightforward and stress-free. My Account Manager was very approachable and had a friendly manner, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They kept in good contact via email and telephone and always returned my calls.
