In 2014 I was looking for a job as a qualified person who was feeling upset because I was far from my dream job. Then, an ESOL Teacher introduced New Directions to me as a great agency to start with. So I went there and staff were very helpful because I have not had some of my documents available but they resolved my problems efficiently. Then I was ready to receive regular work from them.

One day, my line manager called me if I would like to apply for a short-term contract in CAVC –  I applied for it and I got the job through the agency. Then I applied for the permanent job in the college after a term and currently I am working in the college as a permanent staff.
