I enjoy working for New Directions Education because my dedicated consultant, Matthew, is always professional and finds work for me that I request e.g early years and foundation phase. He has never pressurised me into doing key stage 2 work.  I find New Directions Education very reliable thanks to Matthew and other teachers I know who work for New Directions Education have also stated the same. Matthew is a great communicator. If I need to discuss anything work-related Matthew is approachable caring and listens with attention.
