I just wanted to send a short note expressing my appreciation for the way Eve has looked after myself and South Wirral High School since the beginning of October.

Eve has obviously ‘stepped up to the plate’ and has shown a good understanding of the school’s requirements and has been more than helpful in ensuring the smooth running of the school day.

The candidates she chooses to send into SWHS continue to be of a high standard and I am happy that we are building a solid, professional team of Cover Supervisors that will benefit the students and be a credit to New Directions.

Our Account Manager, Michelle provides an excellent service for our school. She has an understanding of our requirements and always manages to allocate relief teaching staff who she knows will fit in well within our establishment. Communication is always good and teacher passports are sent to aid our DBS vetting system. New Directions provides a professional service to our school with competitive rates. The supply teachers sent are of a high standard and feedback and monitoring is always required by the agency which further enhances the provision provided.  We would recommend New Directions.

We regularly use New Directions for teachers and support staff. Depending on the time of year we use teaching supplies every week. Also support staff in the form of LSA’s maybe not as regularly as teachers as we tend to cover in house. Am always able to make contact both by e mail and telephone and replies are almost instant.

I deal with Gemma and Laura who are both delightful. Always helpful, courteous, conscientious, and obliging. I feel I have an excellent rapport with both these ladies and always feel very comfortable with them asking for supplies.

Gemma has always been up front with me, so if on the rare occasion that they are unable to supply teachers they let me know almost immediately.
