The quality of the staff are of an excellent standard , very flexible within their duties , punctuality is very important to us and all supply staff have provided us extra time when they have been able to. The office staff are very friendly and always available and meet our needs. Our Account Manager is always very pleasant and professional even on weekends. If she is not available at the time I call, whoever answers the phone is always passes on my message and I am called back immediately.

Priestnall School uses the sevices of New Directions to provide Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors on a regular basis.

We are in the process of trying to reduce supply costs and New Directions have provided excellent Teachers and Cover Supervisors at very reasonable rates which have helped greatly.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the help and support I received through this agency, in relation to the supply of teaching staff to this school, during the last three months of the school year 2010-11 that I was involved in managing cover.

I am most grateful to my Account Manager – without her help and commitment, it would have been a very different story. It didn’t matter at what time I would call to see if supply staff were available, she would always either, give me an answer there and then or within ten minutes of me putting the phone down. Even though it was only a brief period of time I was doing the role, the relationship and customer service I received from New Directions was excellent. Through good communications with each other, the team knew what sort of staff I was looking for and which best suited our needs for the school.

I am no longer responsible for cover in the new college, but I have recommended New Directions whole heartedly to my replacement who is now responsible for cover arrangements.

On behalf of the pupils and staff I would like to thank you for your generous contribution to our school Christmas Fair.

This is the first time we held such an event and I am delighted to report that the pupils raised £531.72. This is a fantastic achievement and we are very grateful for your support.

The money will be split equally between the pupils’ chosen charity, Guide Dogs for Blind and the school council. They will use these funds for either purchasing items for the children which we cannot afford from our normal budget, or to support their peers in charity events throughout the year.
