I found new directions by applying for a job online and when I called and asked details they were very helpful kind and willing to get me work . I was registered within a week had no problems they always kept me informed what was going on. Since February when registered they have called me every week about a job. They are all happy easy to talk to and really helpful. I would definitely recommend new directions.

Over the period of time that I have been in contact with my Kathryn regarding cover, I have found her to be professional, extremely helpful and always willing to support our school.
Kathryn always listens to concerns and feedback on the candidates and acts appropriately. It is very important to build a good customer relationship and Kathryn has managed to do this with our school.
Whatever time I telephone New Directions throughout the day, nothing is ever too much trouble, and Kathryn will be honest if there is no supply available, instead of giving false impressions.
I look forward to carrying on our relationship with New Directions and Kathryn.

I found about new Directions from indeed.com
It was easy to register and we worked out a day around my life to meet with them.
My experience with them has been amazing, couldn’t ask for a better agency, they help me find work. The communication I have between kerry and Laura are great, they call all the time to see how I’m doing and tell me about my feedback.
3 word’s genuine, helping motivating.

I am currently working for New Directions covering a maternity leave at a Primary school in Cardiff which I started in May 2015. I first met my Account Manager when I was contacted about a long term position. I came into the office to provide my identification documents, and was in the booking within a week.
She has always been really polite, professional and friendly, and I have always felt that I could contact her to ask anything, she never has made me feel like I am a nuisance, or that she is pushed for time. My Account Manager has continuously kept in contact with me throughout my placement and reminded me of any changes or information that I need.
I have also found New Directions on the whole, to be very professional, and a good employer to work for. The time sheets are easy to complete, and I have never had any problems with my pay.

All in all I feel privileged to be a caretaker working for New Directions. I have been working for them for just under 1 year. The highlight for me is the varied work placements and the excitement of new challenges. Since starting I have rarely been out of work. My Account Manager is constantly in contact with me and is aware when a booking is due to end, so she usually has something for me to go straight into. I speak to my Account Manager weekly whether it be to organise a new placement or to have a chat to make sure everything is good. I feel confident that I can call her should any problems arise and that a solution will be found as little delay as possible. The nicest thing about working for my Account Manager is that she is not only interested in work based problems, but I know that if I have a personal issue or if i just want to have a chat with her she is always happy to listen. She is interested in my life and my interests, I am not just another candidate to her. I would recommend anybody working for New Directions and with my Account Manager.

I would like to say that as the administrator of a large primary school, the service that New Directions offer is first class.
Our previous Headteacher, who came to us from Swansea, had used New Directions and although we had used them for some supply cover they were not the main agency we would approach.
She asked me to make them the first point of contact when I was booking teachers and teaching assistants. This I have done and I must admit that the service we receive is excellent.
Staff are always very friendly but professional. Their help in finding supply teachers and teaching assistants, sometimes at very short notice, is very much appreciated.
The email confirmation we receive is very useful as our diary can then be updated with teacher names.
I would have no hesitation in recommending New Directions to other schools.

I approached New Direction Education to help me find a leadership/teaching position so that I could return to my home city of Liverpool after over 15 years living and working abroad and settle permanently. Their supportive and friendly approach instantly put me at ease and made me feel confident that I would find the next perfect stage in my career. Not only was I returning to a job market I had been away from for some time but was also attempting to do it while working in a school 215 miles away in Wiltshire. Efficient, well organised and on the ball, I never had to wait long to get an email from Laura answering a specific query or question and each time I spoke to the office I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
With the support and advice of Alison who offered her professional knowledge and experience without question, I have a letter of application that is relevant, well-structured and contains details of my experience that I am confident will support my future applications, It is a document I am proud of .
Thanks to everyone at New Directions Education, the decision to leave a secure successful job is always a little terrifying especially when you are not sure what’s coming next, but your professionalism and warm approach has definitely made things a lot less stressful.
