We almost solely use New Directions Education for supply staff requirements. We regularly require both teaching and support staff. Joe Macartney is our point of contact for support staff.

Joe has never let us down when we have needed staff, even at short notice. He also takes regular feedback from us as to the suitability of some of the staff he has sent us. He keeps in regular contact with the school but doesn’t give us the hard sell which we experience with other supply agencies. He is always pleasant and courteous, even when the pressure was really on during the very busy Covid19 months when supply staff requirements were at a premium.
