I have worked with New Directions only for a short time (June to December 2019) but had a positive experience. My account manager was Chloe Evans who communicated on a fantastic level with me throughout, always taking in to account my preferences, needs and issues. I worked more or less on a full-time basis where I was offered to sign on with the Guaranteed Pay Scheme and Chloe really tried her best to place me in local schools and in those that I enjoyed working in. Everyone that I spoke with if Chloe wasn’t available, was also very friendly and supportive. I would work with New Directions again should my current position come to an end.

Hannah has been very helpful in my short time at New Directions. I was surprised at how fast I was able to get work and the great level of support given in the first few jobs. While cover work can be quite daunting, sufficient information and communication was available to make the work highly enjoyable!
