I have worked for New Directions for a number of years as a supply teacher. During this time, I have found consistency with their professionalism. The staff are friendly and approachable and Fran, my Account Manager, is always there with a listening and supportive ear. She is very good at managing and negotiating bookings. Work has been consistent and the schools I have been asked to work in are always friendly and welcoming. As well as the staff always behaving in a professional way, their website is also very professional. I can easily access my availability, timesheets, payslips etc at any time. I also like the fact that New Directions offer courses during holiday periods to aid continued professional development, while also offering an opportunity to meet other supply staff and the New Directions team.
