I receive weekly texts and phone calls from my Account Manager when necessary.  She is always friendly and efficient.  I had a change in my circumstances recently and my Account Manager offered lots of advice and options to me. She always wishes me a good weekend and is very friendly, but professional.The highlights of working for New Directions are; regular working opportunities when I want them and being able to take holidays when I want.

I have worked with New Directions Education for almost two months and everyone that I have had contact with has been very professional but with such a friendly, warm attitude. I am quite new to the agency, but I have found my Account Manager to be very supportive and caring. I have always felt important to her and I know that I can contact her at any time for questions I need answering.  I have really enjoyed working for New Directions so far and look forward to continuing that relationship. My highlight has most definitely been working at a local Primary School to me, it has been an absolute joy to work there. My Account Manager goes out of her way for you. She is supportive and works so hard to find you work that is suitable for you and she always makes sure you are happy and checks up on you regularly especially whilst I have been doing my Teaching Assistant qualifications.  She replies to emails very quickly and is very approachable when speaking to her! I have been with New Directions since 2015 and I have always had constant work and many long-term placements. Since working for New Directions, I have found them to be extremely reliable in finding me consistent work. My Account Manager will frequently contact me in regards to work and as I don’t drive, always tries her best to put me within the surrounding area to my home address. She is always happy to help or accommodate me should I have a query or concern. If my Account Manager is busy or unable to take a call, she will get back to me as soon as possible. I have found her to always be cheerful and helpful, she is an asset to New Directions.

New Directions has allowed me to gain valuable experience and become more knowledgeable within the Education sector. I have been able to work within the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Sector and with that, gain experience with Behavioural Management. New Directions have also provided me with Manual Handling training, where again I was able to gain knowledge and crucial training for certain roles that I fulfil. I am hoping to also complete my Team Teach training.

New Directions are best agency out there by far! Easy access to your own personal web portal, continuous support and always able to reach someone should you need advice or help.
