I have been with New Directions since January 2014. Since registering with two other agencies as a back up plan, I must say that New Directions is the agency that I would recommend before any other agency.

The work has been ongoing, and I have never been short of work. Registering with New Directions was straight forward. The staff are the friendliest and work hard to find me work.

I have really appreciated the opportunities to take part in courses. These have included Team Teach and Manual Handling. Please note that not all other agencies offer this service. On the contrary, agencies that do offer courses do not offer it free of charge. Whereas New Directions do not charge us.

If you’re looking for a reliable agency to find you plenty of work, New Directions is the place to be.

I have been with ND Education for 7 years now. In that time I have had some very long term placements mixed in with daily placements too. It is always a different experience wherever you go. New Directions are good at listening to your requirements too.  I had to stick to the Vale of Glamorgan for my own family timings and they were very good at accommodating that request. It didn’t restrict my work days at all. Schools get used to you and start requesting you by name which is great. I currently have a long term placement with an SEN child in mainstream which was new territory for me and has been a fantastic learning experience .

My account manager is very professional and although I’m booked for each term still phones to touch base  and make sure everything is ok.
