I have been with New Directions for a year and am 100% satisfied with the service provided. I have had a ‘permanent placement’ for almost a full academic year. The Liverpool team have provided professional support but more so personal/emotional support. They go above and beyond to provide that special personal touch, because they actually care and you feel part of ‘their family’. They are a fantastic team that create a ‘family unit’ that is extended to others. Their personal touch is outstanding.

During my employment as a Learning Support Assistant at New Directions Education, my account manager has been my main point of contact, finding me work and booking me in for short and long term placements. I have always found her very pleasant and professional, obliging and available to answer any queries I have had. I am more than satisfied with the service provided by New Directions Education and highly commend my account manager for the significant part she plays.

Here at St Albans RC High School we have a very good relationship with with New Directions and, in particular, our account manager. I am fairly new to my job role having only started in January, but have since found all New Directions staff to be extremely helpful and always very eager to please.
Our dedicated account manager makes contact on a daily basis by phone and email to ensure that there is never any confusion or miscommunications. He also came out to visit me in person within a week of me starting which was very helpful as it is always nice to put a face to the name.
On the whole, we find our Account Manager is reliable, friendly, professional and a calming voice on the other end of the phone amongst the stressful morning rush. For us the highlight of working with New Directions is knowing and working with a friendly team of people.

I have been working with New Directions for the last 6 months and have enjoyed a variety of placements but also the opportunity of undertaking long term placements. I have enjoyed working within a well-known, respected college having been introduced through New Directions. My account manager is a very friendly and reliable contact at New Direction. She regularly keeps in contact with me, provides me with updates and new opportunities and is very contactable. I think she is professional, friendly and helpful and an asset to New Directions. The other members of staff at New Directions who I have encountered have been similarly friendly, professional and helpful. I would heavily recommend New Directions to any new teacher in the industry, those returning to teaching and those who enjoy the flexibility of part time teaching.

Having been with New Directions for a year I feel happy with the work they have offered me so far, including a long-term lasting six months in a primary school and currently I am working six weeks in a different local primary school. There have been quiet times but then works seems to flood in which is great. My account manager is brilliant. She is warm, friendly approachable and does her best to find work suitable for me. I have only positive things to say about her.

My account manager is supportive, understanding and reliable. I feel that he has gone out of his way to find interesting and challenging places of work for me. I also found that he listened and acted on the information i gave him on the type of area in education i would like to work in.
Last year I had a nightmare of a year but everyone at New Directions were an amazing source of support through some really difficult times.
