Having worked at Penglais School as Cover Manager since January 2020 I have built up a good working relationship with both initially Iola and now Catrin.  Although Catrin has only been our account manager since September she has been and is an absolute star to work with.  She always has time to discuss my cover requirements and cover issues at the school and does her best to sort any way that she can.  I know that she will always try her best to accommodate our needs and although she has very limited resources of cover staff at times, she does her best to find a resolution or a least exhaust all possibilities.  In the past when issues have happened she has contacted me over the weekend or updated me which I think is above and beyond.

Most of all she has supported me through a very difficult term here at Penglais and I would have been lost without her help and advise.  So a massive thank you Catrin
