New Directions has always been a great help to us whenever we have requested supply. Our Account Manager Holly always deals with queries and requests in a professional, polite and friendly manner and I do not think there has ever been an occasion where she hasn’t been able to help us fill a supply vacancy, even when we have given her really short notice. Holly always phones to see how the candidate she has supplied is getting on and is happy to receive feedback about their work, whether positive or negative.

New Directions are always my first choice for supply. Their costs are reasonable and Holly has always been able to help us fill a vacancy when they arise. I feel confident that if I phone Holly, she will get the job done! She has been great!

I have been with New Directions now for just over 2 years. The team of staff in every department are always professional, friendly, helpful and do their best to find me work whenever I need it. They also give me feedback after a placement, which helps me to evaluate my own performance.

I have had varied work in different settings around Cardiff, mostly nurseries, but each setting is different. It has also been very helpful to take online courses such as Safeguarding, which has enabled me to learn all there is to know in current legislation and practice on the subject.

I understand that New Directions is now the recommended provider for agency staff in schools, play schemes and social care for Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taff, and I can see why!
