The team has a great understanding of their client’s experiences, backgrounds and commitments. Since registering with New Directions one year ago I have been offered more frequent long-term jobs rather than day-to-day supply which I prefer!

The staff are amazing, Jen is my line manager so she is the main person I deal with. Jen has been very friendly as we usually have friendly chats enquiring about my work and how I feel about my new duties, she understands my needs and finds me suitable positions that are geographically convenient as well.

Working for New Directions has been awesome, I started working in January 2014. The joining process was very quick and easy the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a lovely feeling when certain schools call back for you and leave good feedback about you.

A note to say what a fantastic job New Directions has done to find me work. I have been continually in work since I signed up, have never had any pay problems or any other issues, and is by far the most reliable and organised agency I have been with.
