I am the leaving care service manager for Bays+ in Swansea and have recently been working with an agency worker provided by Adam. Adam makes time to understand the requirements of the role clearly to provide well-suited workers, he is very quick to respond to requests and seeks regular updates. He is very upfront and realistic in what he can offer and easy to get along with.
