I just wanted to feedback on how helpful Adam has been. I have recently taken over as Housing officer in Ty Ogwr, and any time I need cover Adam always seems to go the extra mile to arrange cover, which (as you can imagine) is extremely helpful to me and eases things immensely. Also, his customer service skills are brilliant.
