New Directions SEN Team Support Festival
New Directions Education has teamed up with Amelia Trust Farm to support their upcoming Rogation Festival. The specialist educational needs (SEN) team from New Directions have donated their popular fete attraction – the penalty shoot-out, to ensure much-needed funds are raised for the trust.
The Amelia Farm Trust set in the Vale of Glamorgan is aimed at offering support and education to vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. The annual Rogation Festival will help to raise funds to support the on-going work of the team.
Speaking about their participation with the event, Jon Evans, Branch Manager for the New Directions team said ‘Not only are we are delighted to support the event in April, we congratulate the work carried out by the trust throughout the year. We recognise the efforts of all those working within the trust, and implore the general public to visit and support the event.’
The festival will take place on April 27th and 28th 2013 and will be spread across the weekend. The event promises live music, craft stalls, competitions and much more.
