🏫 The Role:
Working as a PPA Cover Teacher through New Directions, you will:
Deliver engaging and pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Ensure continuity of learning and maintain high classroom standards
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
✅ What We’re Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Experience working across primary year groups is beneficial
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one through us)
