About the Role: As our Art Lecturer, you will:
Deliver inspiring and structured art sessions, particularly across UAL Level 2 and 3 pathways.
Guide learners through creative processes, portfolio development, and project-based assessments.
Contribute to the planning and development of a dynamic and inclusive arts curriculum.
Support students in building confidence, technical skill, and a professional creative identity.
Work collaboratively with other staff to enrich the creative life of the school/college.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience teaching UAL qualifications in Art & Design (Level 2/3).
Holds QTS or a teaching qualification relevant to post-16 education (PGCE/PCET desirable).
Is a practicing artist or has a strong creative industry background (desirable).
Brings energy, vision, and empathy to the classroom.
Is committed to inclusive, student-centred teaching and learning.
