Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support across the Primary Curriculum
Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions tailored to individual needs
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and routines
Support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Help prepare learning materials and contribute to creative classroom activities
Share observations and feedback with teaching staff to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for helping children succeed
Adaptability to work across different schools, age groups, and learning styles
Previous experience in a school or educational setting
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
