The Role:
Full-time teaching position delivering Construction to Year 10 and Year 11 students as part of a vocational Construction Technology qualification.
Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons covering core construction principles such as health and safety, site preparation, and basic building techniques.
Support students with coursework, practical assessments, and preparation for externally assessed units.
The Ideal Candidate:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching/training qualification (e.g. DTLLS, PGCE in Post-16/Vocational Education).
Have relevant experience in the construction industry and/or teaching construction or related vocational subjects at secondary or college level.
Be able to provide a recent, school- or training-based reference within the last 5 years.
