We want to hear from:
Knowledge of trauma-informed approached and therapeutic behaviour support.
Trained in Team-Teach or other behaviour intervention methods.
A calm, empathetic and patient approach.
Strong behaviour management skills.
You will be working with pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The role involves:
Supporting learners in small groups or 1:1 settings.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Promoting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement with learning.
Building strong rapports with pupils, staff, and external professionals.
