What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
Plan and implement engaging schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
