A small primary school in Warrington is seeking to appoint a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role
• Support teaching and learning across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher
• Deliver small group interventions and targeted support to raise attainment
• Lead learning activities and occasionally cover lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has experience working within a primary school setting
• Is confident delivering interventions in English and Maths
• Has a good understanding of the national curriculum
Requirements
• References covering the last 5 years
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
