Job Description
We’re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across schools around the Sollihull area.
This role is all about providing calm, consistent support to help pupils feel safe, understood, and able to access learning in a way that works for them. Support may be 1:1 or in small groups, depending on the setting.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Helping with emotional regulation and engagement
Working closely with teaching and SEN staff
Providing consistency and structure throughout the school day

Location: Sollihull, B94 Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available Pay: £92.63 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
You’ll be working through a SEND-specialist agency that focuses on matching the right people to the right settings.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
