We’re recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across schools in Hathern, Leicestershire.
This role is all about helping children who may need a little extra support during the school day — whether that’s with learning, confidence, communication, or routine.
You may be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, helping create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or in a similar setting
Are patient, calm, and reliable
Enjoy building positive relationships
Want to make a genuine difference in education
Experience in education, care, support work, or youth work is highly valued.
Location: Hathern, Leicestershire Hours: Full-time / Part-time Pay: £92.63 – £100.00 per day
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
