Job Description

Do you have a passion for making a difference to the lives of young people with SEND needs? Do you have experience supporting individuals with SEND needs from a setting such as care, residential or support work?

At New Directions, we are working with a SEND school setting in the Tamworth area who are seeking full-time and part-time Trainee SEND LSA’s to work long-term with the potential at the school’s discretion.

We will provide you with our internal training support and help you adapt to the new role with the help of our experienced staff who all have considerable experience within SEND settings.  We need individuals with a passion and a positive energy!

This role pays a week in arrears at a daily rate from £92.63 dependent on experience / qualifications. In role you will be working 08:30 to 15:30 during term time only. This vacancy is available for an immediate start, however the school are willing to wait for a successful applicant
