We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming mainstream primary schools across Leeds, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

-Your Day-to-Day
Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Help children stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
Work closely with teachers to deliver a supportive and inclusive classroom
Provide guidance with behaviour, routines, and social development
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
-What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children (school, care, youth work, or similar)
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
A patient, proactive, and positive attitude
Ability to commit to full-time (5 days per week)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
