-Supporting children with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs
-Assisting in the delivery of personalised, differentiated learning activities

-Using structured routines, visual aids, and targeted strategies to support engagement and understanding
-Helping pupils develop social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
-Promoting positive behaviour through consistent and supportive approaches
-Supporting pupils during transitions between the resource provision and mainstream classroom where appropriate
-Building strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, confident, and understood
-Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide well-rounded support
-Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
This role offers a balance between specialist SEN support and integration within a mainstream environment, making it both varied and highly rewarding.
The Setting
