We’re recruiting Teaching Assistants with Early Years experience to work across welcoming primary schools in Ellesmere Port. Whether you’ve gained your experience in a school, nursery or other childcare setting, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

• Supporting children within Nursery and Reception classes
• Assisting with play-based learning and daily classroom activities
• Working with individuals, small groups and the whole class
• Helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in an Early Years, nursery or childcare setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to obtain references from a childcare or child-based setting
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting young learners
