We’re recruiting KS2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the Wirral, with a variety of opportunities available to suit different levels of availability and experience.

The Role

• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2
• Working alongside class teachers to support learning
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
• Assisting with classroom activities and interventions
• Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and engagement
• Supporting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting
• KS2 experience is desirable
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
