We are seeking to appoint a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a primary aged SEND school setting in the Walsall area, which is highly respected locally with a reputation for having a supportive and friendly working environment with the learners best interests central to their work.
This role will be working with children who are autistic, have moderate learning difficulties and have speech & language support needs.
The vacancy is term-time only, for the working hours of 08:30am to 3:30pm on Monday to Friday.
We are happy to consider applicants who may not have previous school-based experience but have an affinity for SEND support. You will need to have prior experience from care, residential, support or similar backgrounds.
This vacancy is a long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent contract.
The vacancy pays a daily rate starting from £92.56 to £95.03 per day dependent on experience and / or qualifications. This will be paid on a weekly basis.
