We are working exclusively with a Post-16 setting in Redditch for learners with SEND needs, with focus on life skills and obtaining qualifications which could help them moving forward in their lives. This department will be focusing on helping individuals with their learning and also crucially their development.
This position will be on a fixed term basis until July 2027, however this is likely to be extended with the option of a permanent extension. Ideally, we are seeking an immediate start, however we can facilitate a short notice period for the right candidate.
This vacancy has a salary range from £32,083 to £44,023 dependent on qualifications and experience.
We are happy to appoint an applicant who has transferrable experience from inside or outside of a traditional educational setting, as long as they match the key competencies and requirements.
