We have opportunities for individuals with experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including those who may need additional support with communication, learning, behaviour and social development.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with children or young people with ALN.
A patient, understanding and adaptable approach.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Confidence supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
A genuine passion for helping children develop and achieve their goals.
A proactive and flexible attitude.
