New Directions Education are currently recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in ALN schools’ in Newtown. The role is due to start in the new academic year.
You will be required to support pupils with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The hours available can be full or part time, and you are able to state your preferred working days/hours.
The work available can be on a day to day basis, however we do also have long term opportunities available.
Creating a good working relationship with a school is imperative whilst representing New Directions to ensure the best possible feedback, and to be requested for further placements.
Experience working with children inside or outside of a classroom is desirable, however if you have experience coaching or mentoring children, we can look to transfer your skills in to an education setting.
